We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ HR Team as a Senior HR Advisor at our Quaker Oats facility for a fixed term contract until March 2024. Supported by the broader HR team, this is a stand-alone role at the Forrestfield site, where you will work alongside site leadership to deliver initiatives which positively impact the site culture, ways of working and capability. You will be the key point of contact for HR queries, activities, and end to end HR processes.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide generalist Human Resources support, advice and coaching to employees and leaders
  • Manage and execute day to day Human Resource activities such as recruitment, counselling and grievances, organisational development, other policies and procedures
  • Implement key HR projects to engage and develop team members, and deliver on business objectives
  • You will have:

  • Strong HR generalist business partnering skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
  • High level of initiative, integrity and results orientation
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline desirable
