This opportunity
Disrupt the Australian market by giving customers what they want in the least Telco-y way whilst acting as the glue that binds the business together to create best-in-class customer experiences and bring disruptive products to market. As a Product Manager, you’ll work collectively with teams across Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations to help develop TPG Telecom’s customer products that drive population growth, revenue, NPS and brand consideration.
Responsibilities
Lead transformation with P&L initiatives from capex product initiatives to launching revenue impacting product launches Define product strategy and initiatives on core product postpaid plans. It is anticipated you will focus on multiple core products at any time to maximise growth potential for our business Complete ownership of the end-to-end launch and ongoing experience for core products you deliver Influence GM level stakeholders on the direction of key product initiatives in support of customer and revenue growth Create a great customer experience around products that drives NPS and word of mouth in the market Undertake or commission customer research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences and apply these insights to product development Drive customer retention and acquisition, profitability and revenue growth, enabling Vodafone to deliver to its financial objectives and targets Understand and explain commercial performance of the portfolio / products Knowledge and experience
Expert in product development, systems & processes along with strong knowledge in the Telco market Analytical and attention to detail with a commercial focus Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication Ability to lead a cross- functional teams to deliver complex product innovation Exceptional drive to inspire change across the organisation Proven track record of problem solving in complex business problems Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude Energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
