    Reporting to the General Manager Customer and Corporate Relations, the Head of Brand and Insights will build and manage TasWater’s brand and insights program to increase levels of engagement, trust and satisfaction amongst staff, customers and the broader community. You will lead strategic oversight and creative direction of the customer insights program, brand strategy, marketing campaigns, sponsorships agenda, community programs and volunteering. You will be required to take a deliberate approach to ensuring the organisation is closer to its community, and able to build trust and affinity. Developing and managing a whole-of-organisation brand strategy, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff across the business to increase engagement, trust and social licence. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver annual brand plans, campaigns and programs that are data-driven and respond to research.

    To be successful in this role, you will be a brand and marketing leader who is able to demonstrate success in large, complex organisations. You will have proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments, including championing culture change and strategic direction for a business. You will have a track record in fostering positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including developing partnerships with government and private sector organisations to build stronger ties with the community. You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and be able to develop and present material on complex matters to a wide range of audiences. Overall, you will have a passion for using data and insights to create a brand that engages hearts and minds and delivers TasWater’s long term strategic agenda.
