    About the opportunity
    Our client is seeking a goal-orientated project coordinator who enjoys taking initiative and is keen to learn.

    Reporting to the project manager and being part of a small team, you will assist in the successful coordination and delivery of projects, campaigns, financial management, contracts, and on-going client work. A typical workday will require you to assist the project manager with admin tasks and liaise with clients on any support or follow up work.

    Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work effectively with the team to promote innovation, curiosity and unique deliverables
  • Provide support to create/ update websites, branding or marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the project manager and project director to create and generate exceptional experiences for clients
  • Assist the team to manage client invoicing and cost estimates
  • Ensure all project timelines are met, adhering to all internal processes
  • Effective diary, mail and email management
  • Prepare meeting rooms and create presentations
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Liaising with senior management and clients
  • Take initiative and multitask
  • Reception duties
  • About you
    You are someone with a love for graphics, advertising, and website development. Your focus is on getting the job done. You are a confident communicator who can verbalise your thoughts. You are known for being organised, using your time effectively and have a proactive mindset. Writing, editing and excellent grammar are all strengths of yours. 

    You may have some experience working in an organisation, within a small team or in customer facing roles. People describe you as task orientated with a high attention to detail. You have a deeper understanding than most on how to get the most out of social media.

    You will have:

  • Apple/ Mac experience
  • Knowledge of Zoom and Teams
  • A marketing or communications degree (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience with Adobe Photoshop, Facebook manager, WordPress or Indesign highly regarded
  • Receptionist experience will be beneficial
  • This may be your first role and you do not need to have experience in all the areas listed. If you see yourself as an enthusiastic person with a desire to grow and learn, this role may be perfect for YOU!
