  • We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our established & high performing Alice Springs team.

    About the Opportunity:

    With well-established resources and support network you will perform a hands-on role where you will:

  • Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of residential, lifestyle and rural properties in Alice Springs and surrounding areas.
  • You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process
  • Manage buyer enquiries, performing property appraisals and negotiating agreements.
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market.
  • Oversee the contract and settlement process and managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond.
  • About You:

  • To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
  • You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
  • You will have the relevant real estate licence required for this role.

  • Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in your dealings.
