About the Opportunity:
With well-established resources and support network you will perform a hands-on role where you will:
Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of residential, lifestyle and rural properties in Alice Springs and surrounding areas. You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process Manage buyer enquiries, performing property appraisals and negotiating agreements. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market. Oversee the contract and settlement process and managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond. About You:
To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers. You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results. You will have the relevant real estate licence required for this role.
