An exciting opportunity as a Tourist Park Guest Relations Officer positions available for immediate start located on the picturesque Southern Fleurieu Peninsula. The Role:

As Guest Relations Officer you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all tourist park guests via phone, email as well as face to face .You will provide customers with advice regarding site bookings, operate the reservation/accounting system, reception tasks and general administration duties. The roster will include 5 days of work over a 7 day period. Hours of work are from 8am-6pm.

  • Team oriented
  • Available to work a combination of weekends and week days
  • Essential Experience/skills:

  • Strong background in customer service dealing with high volume client interaction
  • Experience in handling difficult situations with an empathetic style
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to park guests
  • Processing bookings and cancellation requests
  • Answering telephone/email enquiries
  • Updating guests details and booking information
  • General email communications
  • Assisting park guests with queries and providing advice on park regulations
  • Electronic filing and accurate input of data
  • Collecting and recording payments
  • General administration/data entry
