About the role

This position will require you to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Bukmak unit. You will be responsible but not limited to scheduling, monitoring tasks, and undertaking general administration duties such as directing incoming calls, invoicing, data entry and file management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the unit.
  • Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, and confirm delivery of goods and services.
  • Raise invoices for services provided.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, create action lists, and follow up on action items before due dates.
  • Communicate respectfully with internal and external stakeholders by phone, email and in person.
  • Assist with logistics for remote sites including freight, flights, accommodation, and transfers.
  • Collate and input data into various systems as directed.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a broad administration role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with data entry, preparing purchase orders and receipting invoices.
  • An attitude and work history that confirms the ability to be self-directed but also work effectively in a team.
