Our experienced Adelaide CBD based team is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with the ability to build connections, solve problems and manage candidates and relationships in an agile and fast paced environment.

About you

We want to attract the best people to join our team.

You might already have experience in recruitment, come from a sales background or be a recent university graduate. What you will be is self-motivated, with the passion and ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

What do you need to be successful?

  • You will have the ability to think outside the box and are committed to achieving the best results
  • You will deliver high quality customer service through consultation and a focus on commercial outcomes
  • You are a strong communicator – you will be dealing with candidates and clients at all levels
  • We work as a team, but you will also be a self-starter with the desire to drive your own opportunities and success
  • With a national and state-wide client base with diverse needs, the ability and willingness to learn as you go will be essential
  • You will often be on the road meeting with candidates and clients, so it is essential that you have a car licence and your own transport
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR would be great, but is not essential
