Join our team

We are expanding our high performing Volume Projects team who partner with our key Federal Government clients to provide and the delivery of highly tuned entry level programs that include some of the largest graduate intakes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be experienced in working on high volume projects, preferably in the Recruitment space. You will support the project team in providing all associated project administration. You will also be the first point of call for candidates undergoing the recruitment process and will provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will be comfortable utilising an e-recruitment system in order to manage the candidate workflow.

What you will bring to the role;

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Recruitment administration support experience (advantageous)
  • A high level of proficiency using MS Office and IT applications in general
  • A proven track record in database administration
  • A high degree of quality orientation and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and organisational skills
