About the Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Project Officer to join the team in UniSA International and contribute to the launch of the Global Studies Centres Project.

You will be responsible for leading the sourcing, preparation, and dissemination of marketing content for the establishment of the Global Study Centres in Vietnam. It will also be your responsibility to ensure all content writing deliverables are delivered on time and in line with UniSA International’s GSC strategy. 

You will work with the broader UniSA International (UI) unit as well as the UniSA Online (UO) to leverage information important for the content development of UniSA’s “owned” and “earned” channels globally across a wide range of mediums (print and digital).

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning, creation and delivery of communication content for the launch and promotion of the Global Study Centre (GSC)
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to key stakeholders regarding content development, distribution, and management
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the Global Study Centre (Vietnam) by participation in, regular meetings and team development initiatives
  • Essential Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience in a comparable role in a complex organisation
  • Expert interpersonal communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience of working with senior stakeholders to provide consultancy or advice
  • Expert comprehension and ‘journalistic’ writing skills for global markets
  • Highly developed organisational and project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
