Flagship Assistant Store Manager | International Large-Format Fashion Brand | Sydney

Flagship ASM position. Sydney CBD location. International, large-format fashion brand. Busy large volume environment. People, product & process focus.

The Role: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the leadership team to drive efficiency within a fast-paced environment, made up of 3 departments. You will take part in weekly calls with the buying team to influence product and stock ordering. You will closely follow fashion trends and work within a commercial role where it is all about efficiency, with a focus on people, process and product. About You:

Come from a busy, large volume environment where people come first

Background in an operational and fast-moving business with strong people management skills

Interest in fashion trends and styling
