POSITION PROFILE – RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT, BRADDON

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED – Wednesday and Friday afternoons, and weekends.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD – 6 months

We pay great attention to detail to every aspect of our in-store experience, whether that be the presentation and cleanliness of our stores, how we lay out and merchandise our products, along with remembering our customers favourites, ensuring there is always something that meets their palette and taste when they visit.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, your will:

• Deliver warm and exceptional customer service
• Discover customers preferences and needs to assist them with product selection
• Maintain high levels of store visual presentation standards
• Label and tag products with attention to detail and diligence
• Demonstrate a high level of care when handling product
• Ensure stock inventory accuracy, including the reporting of errors
• Execute efficient and accurate handling of stock delivery and stock transfers
• Operate POS systems and cash management
• Constantly advance your own product knowledge by attending Blackheart’s training and tastings to deliver advice that best connects our customer with the right product

• Consistent availability and flexibility to support your team in times of need
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
