About the company: We are an international industry leader in footwear, athletic apparel, sportswear and accessories. Striving to exceed expectations on product quality, design, supply ethics and customer service, we believe that through sport we have the power to change lives; impossible is nothing.  About the role: We are on the search for a resilient, energetic and passionate retail leader, to oversee the Perth CBD store, developing a team of 12. Are you passionate about coaching your team and building customer loyalty whilst being a brand ambassador. You will need to have proven experience in delivering results, managing kpis, leading a team, and ultimately be able to create an exceptional customer experience. What you can bring:

Motivational coach and mentor 

Proven ability to deliver results and drive kpis

Previous team leading experience 

Ability to work in a high stock environment

Confidence in leading a team of 12

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Experience with Visual Merchandising 

Lead from the front attitude
