Now is your opportunity to join TRS as an Assistant Store Manager at our Latrobe Store . 

As an Assistant Store Manager at TRS, you’ll partner with the Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of your store.

Safety is paramount at TRS. As a Manager you will champion the importance of working safely at all times. You will contribute to the safety management system by identifying hazards and engaging with the Safety Advisor to review safe work procedures. You are responsible for ensuring your team are trained in all applicable safe work procedures and that they adhere to these at all times.

A day in the role:

The successful day to day operations of a high-volume retail store.

Implementing and maintaining an exceptional level of merchandising and store presentation standards.

Daily coaching of your team, inspiring them to achieve goals, in a one touch, one-way environment

Driving of in store efficiencies to deliver profitable outcomes and achieve KPI’s
