An excellent  full time ,  permanent  career opportunity has arisen for a  Branch Receptionist  to join our friendly, high performing  Cairns  team. This role is a great entry-level opportunity where if you are motivated to learn, then we are motivated to teach you how to succeed.

The role also provides administration support to the day to day operations of the branch, in particular, processing invoices, being first point of contact for customers and assisting the team in achieving our HSE objectives.

About you

Self-motivated and goal orientated.

Qualification at diploma / certificate level well regarded but not required.

Sound knowledge and application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

A willingness to work and learn on the job.

Strong customer service focus with pride in completing jobs to a high standard.

Good communication, interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment
