We are continuing to embed a high performing Talent Acquisition team, where we will focus on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll be able to draw on your previous experience as a trusted Coordinator in a fast paced, varied and valued Talent Acquisition environment where you will contribute with strong coordination support.

Ideally your exposure within the recruitment space in a corporate environment in any or all of the following – Agency, internal TA team, volume recruitment or Assessment Centres will ensure your path in TA is on the rise!

We are looking forward to you supporting the business during this time of transformation and business improvement and your varied days will include;

  • Provide recruitment support services to internal Hiring Managers
  • Manage and direct general and bulk phone and email recruitment enquiries and recruitment related inboxes for review by the TA team for action
  • Support with and develop draft advertisements for HM and Advisor/Partner review and publish/post targeted recruitment advertising and sourcing campaigns including on line Application Forms
  • Provide technical support to stakeholders as required (PageUp)
  • Assist with telephone screens in the qualification of shortlisted and preferred candidates
  • Reference checking and CV/background checks – utilising our on-line reference checking tool – XREF
  • Assist with providing feedback to candidates who are not successful
  • Support shortlisting of candidates for specific roles with the guidance of more senior TA team members
  • Ensure work is accurate and meets quality standards
  • Assist with providing timely feedback to candidates who are not successful in a recruitment process
  • Arranging and scheduling interviews
  • System reporting across the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition function
  • Achieve and maintain high candidate service levels – effectiveness, timeliness, output quality, delivery of services, systems and candidate satisfaction
  • Checking PageUp dashboard and allocating roles to team members based on portfolio
  • Attend job briefing with Partners and Advisors where necessary to ensure that accurate and educated support can be provided throughout the process as required
  • Assist Hiring Managers with Job card/submitting roles into PageUp
  • Provide assistance to Agencies with PageUp set up and CV submissions and releasing roles to Agencies as required
  • Facilitate assessments, medical assessments and references e.g SHL or related testing
  • Sending CVs to Hiring Manager through Page Up once the Partner or Advisor has reviewed shortlist recommendation
  • Assist with internal and external event management – , Careers Fairs, Project and internal ASA events/workshops
  • Assistance with the Onboarding process and Security requirements for candidates, where required in order to smoothly expedite the documentation process

  • Experience using Page Up is highly desirable, however if you are tech savvy your experience with others ATSs will be transferrable
  • A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify additional information required or questions to ask to obtain missing information to ensure governance of recruitment processes and strategic thinking
  • The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process where required
  • You are a big picture thinker and have the proven ability to provide detailed updates to team members you are supporting with recruitment processes. This approach sets up your team for success with ongoing conversations with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
