About the role

Assisting in creating a company our residents love, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our Talent Strategies for the selection and management of talent within Estia Health’s homes in South Australia. No two days will be the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be on providing coaching to our Executive Directors and Clinical Managers on delivering recruitment processes and the next you could be meeting with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs.

What will not change though is your commitment to

  • Develop strategic working relationships with leaders in the business to influence, challenge and provide support throughout the end to end recruitment process.
  • Work with Regional Managers and Executive Managers to develop a plan that provides strategies that are in line with best practice and ensure Estia Health attracts high quality talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including; launching job advertisements, short-listing, scheduling interviews, facilitating background/reference checks and managing job offers and onboarding documentation for key roles across the Region and homes that require assistance with sourcing strategies
  • Manage all candidate communication channels through a dedicated inbox.
  • The traits that will help you succeed

    You will be an experienced recruiter with stella time management skills who will also have:

  • Ability to travel Inter-State where required to support the business.
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment processes at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in bulk recruitment and assessment centres.
  • Demonstrated high-level planning and goal setting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
  • Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) including professional communications (eg. employment contracts, etc.)
  • Proficient with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems preferably PageUp)
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
  • A consistently strong work ethic and drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
