About the role

 

As an integral member of the ‘internal’ trade sales team your role will include:

• Telephone customer service and sales with trade accounts
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Keying of orders
• Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams
• Interaction with the field trade sales team members

About you

• Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong safety awareness of all associates within the workplace
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster
• Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded
• Opportunities to develop into estimating and external B2B sales will be available for the right candidate.
