We are currently seeking New Employees to join our ISS Team at Nyrstar Port Pirie; Required for Shut Down Work, Annual and Sick Leave Coverage. For the successful applicant we will be offering Casual Employment, ideally your availability will be 24 /7 or available on a short notice. 

Mandatory Requirement;

COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply

You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster or available on a short notice

National Police Clearance – within THREE Months Date of Issue

Pre-Employment Medical Check including Drug & Alcohol and a Lead in Blood Result (at your own cost)

Nyrstar On-Line Contractors Induction – to be completed prior to commence employment

The Position:

Cleaning of site as required

Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary

Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously

Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards

Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:

Experience in cleaning and laundry operations; industrial

You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster or available on a short notice

Current Police Clearance no older than 3 months is essential for ALL roles

Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job

Professional presentation and customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
