Situated 10kms from the centre of Brisbane and thousands of kilometers from Ireland, the Keperra Tavern is a welcome Irish oasis, located in the Great West

Our new menu offers a modern mix of all your favourite Irish pub classics, a range of vegan and vegetarian options, and small plates to snack on.

  • What will you bring to the table?

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
  • Implement and manage stock control, ordering, and checking of deliveries
  • Provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment 
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) 
  • Strong compliance focus
  • A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results
  • Ability to take direction well from Head Chef 
  • Ability to engage with the local community
