The Position

We are looking for an experienced Cook in the city of Sunshine Coast to join our team in a funky hotel, Holiday Inn Express. This is an ongoing position with the right candidate must be available to work weekends and weekdays.

The Role:

You’ll have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service.

You’ll have an ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour always; no matter the pressure.

The personal drive and passion to deliver the highest quality food, customer service and ensure consistency in presentation.

Complying with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines.

The Person

Proven experience as a cook – preferably in a fast paced environment

Premium customer service skills

Excellent time management

Advanced knowledge in food and safety and in OHS

A bright and bubbly personality
