  • Salary: $83,271 – $92,624 p.a – Ongoing Full Time – ASO5
  • The Human Resources (HR) Consultant is accountable to the Manager HR Operations for the provision of expert HR consultancy and advisory services to senior management with regard to generalist human resource management, human resource development and employee relations. The position also provides quality, consistent and timely advice, in accordance with SA Health Workforce policies and processes, on operational HR issues.

    Operational HR issues include recruitment, retention and deployment, performance review and development, classification, workforce planning and support for the resolution of conflict, under-performance, misconduct or other local level grievances and disputes. The HR Consultant also participates in the development and facilitation of information and training to staff in human resources related matters across the designated site.
