The role of Recruitment Administrator will see you working from our Brisbane office and be responsible for thinking pro-actively to complete high-volume administrative tasks to support our recruitment teams, as well as provide high level of customer service to our stakeholders both internal and external to our business.We pride ourselves on high performance, teamwork and delivering an excellent customer service and candidate experience.   • Maintaining candidate records on the database in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Ensuring the administrative support functions are consistent, relevant and being adhered to
  • Assisting in the mobilisation process of employees to site including such tasks as arrangement medicals and adhering client administrating recruitments
  • Liaising with the recruitment team members to ensure smooth flow of information and utilisation of the database
  • Reviewing and posting advertisements on internet job boards
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Strong candidate care and management
