  • THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Faculty of Health Science, Youth & Community Studies at Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching and learning environment with strong professional links and partnerships within the health and community services sector.

    There is currently an opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to provide effective management of administrative functions, including executive administrative support to the Head of School and the development of administrative standards and processes for the department.

    In addition, the Senior Administrative Officer will supervise and coordinate the work of other nursing administrative staff situated at other Institute campus locations and manage the coordination of enrolment procedures for all students within the department.

    ABOUT YOU

  • Substantial experience within a senior administrative position.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with a range of people at varying levels, internal and external to an organisation.
  • Experience in managing a team of administration personnel.
  • High level computer and minute taking skills.
  • Ability to competently manage a broad suite of MS products.
  • Ability to effectively manage electronic appointment and communication systems.
  • Ability to work under broad direction and independently within broad guidelines.
