Our client is a global leader in the travel retail industry looking for a Warehouse 3PL Manager to be part of the business supporting warehousing duties day to day including accurate inventory management, reporting and will also ensure KPIs are met in line with business objectives and targets.
The Role
Managing and leading 3PL warehouse day to day operations. Develop and expand relationships with key 3PL providers including a deep understanding of the employer’s supply chain. Organise and lead business reviews with 3PL providers discussing past performance, current issues and opportunities as well as status on long term plan and deliverable. Develop and update long term account plans and ensure goals, deliverable and deadlines are met. Responsible for problem resolution for any accounts assigned. Oversight of Internal process audits, inventory and stock control. Meeting operational budgets for the cost centre. Focused on Continuous improvement initiatives. OH&S including WHS audits, risk assessments and staff refresher training. Quality control – working closely with vendors to ensure goods are met by company standards and record non-conformance reporting and resolution. Maintaining records required by internal quality management systems. Weekly reporting on related warehouse matters to senior management. About You
Minimum 3 years experience warehouse management with an industry leading 3PL provider. Handling inbound and outbound, and overall inventory movement Experience with warehouse automation. Previous experience with SAP ERP systems is advantageous. Thorough understanding of OHS & compliance legislation & regulations. Commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to deliver high quality customer service. Excellent stakeholder management skills Sharp, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
