Job Description

We’re currently seeking a motivated and dedicated all-rounder to join the team at a national law firm. This will be an active and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Reception cover
  • Administrative support to teams as required
  • Library support
  • Mail – sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail rounds
  • Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
  • Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
  • Outside clerk rounds
  • Building management liaison – including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
  • Organising couriers
  • Meeting room & event set up
  • Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance

The Candidate

We’re seeking a candidate who has a happy demeanor and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who is an enthusiastic and energetic team player. You will be likeable, personable and be an energy creator. You will need to have intermediate computer skills and great verbal and written communication. The role will also require you to be reliable, proactive, and have the ability to effectively prioritise your workload. Experience in a similar role is essential.
