The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant are:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Inbox management.
  • Organising travel, mainly domestic.
  • Expense management, ensuring to meet the business regulations on a timely manner.
  • Email management, creating and implementing processes to ensure an organised and categorised inbox.
  • Preparing documentation and paperwork for meetings.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • High level of organisation and communication skills to proactively manage day to day requirements of the role.
  • Confidence and the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority in both writing and verbally.
  • Well-developed computer skills including strong experience across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • High attention to detail
