Job Description:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their career by getting exposure to leading a team, project managing, and continuous improvement & innovation. The manufacturing manager will be responsible for leading and developing the manufacturing team to achieve best practice manufacturing operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Safety Leadership – Provide visible leadership, provides analysis, planning, and delivery of projects to drive safety culture across manufacturing,
• Product Availability – Target zero out of stock lines (OOS), control and manage inventory to MRD levels.
• Cost improvement – Continual focus on cost reduction initiatives including and excluding capital spend
• Project delivery – Deliver in-lining and productivity project savings across manufacturing.
• Manufacturing Reliability- Measure and improve mean time to failure on all key manufacturing equipment.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Experience in Manufacturing/ Operations and ideally with a strong track record of results across all aspects of operations, including safety and project management.
• Ability to build & leverage influential relationships across functions/business to deliver results

• Strong commitment to building Safety and high performance culture.
