About the position

The Marketing and Brand team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and encourage more students to consider, engage with and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.

This position is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the University’s large portfolio of digital campaign activities to raise the reputation of the University, build brand desire and drive student recruitment outcomes.

Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, the Performance Campaign Specialist will work closely with our agency partners and internal stakeholders on briefing, preparing, executing and optimising all major campaigns for the University.

The campaigns include domestic and international brand, student recruitment and performance campaigns. 

This role requires a strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and will be hands-on with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google AdsWords and Google Analytics. They will be data and process driven with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable translating opportunity into action, the Performance Campaign Specialist will lead the management and optimisation of our search engine marketing and other digital channels. 

About the person

This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing and keen to develop their strategic and campaign management skills. The successful candidate must be a team player,analytically minded, creative, and effective in working with a range of stakeholders and suppliers. 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

•A degree in a communications or marketing discipline

•Relevant experience in the areas of marketing or campaign management

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

•Excellent stakeholder management skillset 

•Demonstrated project management capability 

•Self-motivated with proven ability to problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

As an integral member of the Marketing and Brand Team, this position will form the central point of contact for all Faculty and business units throughout the University for their Paid Search requirements. The role is required to ensure brand integrity across a broad range of collateral and marketing materials and is expected to work closely with other team members as well as representatives from Faculty Marketing, business unit staff, and current and prospective students.

The salary range for the position commences at $83,971.10 to $86,490.24 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
