6 Month Part-Time up to 21 Hours a Week Flexible Arrangements Pro rata Salary Role duties
Receiving and processing purchase orders. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Tender submission support and proposal creation Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks. Coordinating sales handover to production operations inclusive of all job start data Compiling monthly sales reports. Expediting orders through internal liaison. Assist sales to monitor won and lost ratios of sales quotations issued to ascertain the level of competitiveness of our estimates and quotations. Assist sales with data input into relevant spreadsheets ensuring accuracy of data. Create and update graphs relevant to sales and operations for presentation to executive team and board. Work with the Sales team and Key Account Managers as requested to assist with local marketing projects. Assist with the coordination of any trade shows or exhibition as and when required. Work with the Sales team and Key Account Managers to develop new layouts for quotations to improve the quality and professionalism of our image. Update quote spreadsheets monthly MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS & LICENCES
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Knowledge and Skills:
Diploma in business administration or similar preferred. New graduates in related fields welcome to apply (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance) Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role will be desirable Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience with industry software such as Sugar CRM or similar. Knowledge of tender submissions and support. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. High attention to detail Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We offer the successful candidate
