Position Description

Our host located in Dandenong South are looking for a Warehousing Trainee to join their growing team. Our host are the one stop provider of integrated energy, housing, transportation and infrastructure solutions and provide customers with innovative, sustainable solutions in the sectors that are fundamental to global growth and prosperity. This is an opportunity for you to gain full time, paid work whilst completing a Certificate 3 in Supply Chain Operations!

What will you be doing?

Our Host’s Supply Chain Operations Traineeship role will provide education in portable building preparation, storage and supply and will be the supplier for portable buildings for the construction industry, public events and general public

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Receipt and dispatch of goods (Portable Buildings)

Minor maintenance

Cleaning

Painting

General yard work

Putting away stock

Stocktaking,

House keeping

Operation of forklift

Movement of stock in warehouse (forklift use)

Liaising with internal staff.

To be eligible for the role you must:

Double vaccinated against Covid19 or hold a medical exemption

Australian citizen or a permanent resident

Forklift license and experience advantageous

Computer skills advantageous

Maintenance skills advantageous

Completion of year 12
