JobDescription:

TheAdministrative Support Officer, Anangu Education Services (AES)with the Anangu Lands Partnership is responsible for the provisionof a range of professional, flexible, and responsiveadministration, project and program support services that meet thediverse needs of the AES. AES is located at Ernabella (Pukatja),APY Lands.

 Theposition delivers a range of support functions, including finance,document management, records management, database maintenance,accommodation services, and the provision of information and dataand provides customer liaison and support on behalf ofAES.

TheAdministrative Support Officer is required to work as a member of ahigh performing team, working closely with the Assistant Director,Anangu Lands Partnership, a range of Department staff in AES, thewider Anangu Lands Partnership, and the Local Education Team,including the Education Director.

Qualifications:

Desirable: Certificate IV Business Administration

SpecialConditions:

Thesuccessful applicant is required to gain a Department for HumanServices (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to beingemployed which is required to be renewed every five years beforeexpiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect -Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course orthe online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to beupdated every three years.
