The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution and confiscation services.

The Information Management Officer undertakes a range of information and evidentiary management activities to service the ODPP’s objectives, ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and ODPP procedures & guidelines, to maximise our information assets and capitalise on digital technologies. 

In addition, the Information Management Officer performs various clerical and administrative duties, working with sensitive information, and maintaining confidentiality. Assists with the management of ODPP records and the EDRMS to ensure the efficient storage, security, retrieval and disposal of information.

The Information Management Officer is also responsible for assisting with the development and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures and undertaking various projects.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool. This pool will run for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill other similar fixed-term and permanent full time and part time vacancies if they arise and subject to business needs.
