About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Project Support Officer to assist in the creation of digital communications, marketing strategies and solutions, and the development of UniSA International’s web presence.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Support the development and delivery of digital marketing solutions and applications for web, email marketing and media campaigns by creating and editing websites and forms and drafting email broadcasts for recruitment events
  • Contribute to the implementation of web and digital marketing solutions including CRM and paid global integrated communications campaigns
  • Develop, edit and maintain appropriate web information on the international website, related language websites and sub sites
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of staff who contribute to the digital footprint, including CMS users
  • Undertake specific projects and activities which provide support across the UI’s Global Digital recruitment team
  • Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience in web development for a service or marketing purpose, including information architecture, design, writing, editing and construction, including skills in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Ability to develop and implement digital communications for global audience as part of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in the use of web authoring and digital technologies, including understanding of web optimization and accessibility
  • High level written and verbal communication skills and experience in liaising effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high level organisation and administrative skills including experience in working to tight deadlines and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
