This is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining. We arecurrently looking for a permanent fulltime Community &Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team at our newest CivilInfrastructure Project based in Perth on a 5/2 roster

To be considered for this position as a Community &Stakeholder Engagement Manager you must possess the following as aminimum:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Public Relations, Marketing or a relate discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Experience working in the Infrastructure Industry or Public Transport/Main Roads is highly desired
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing community involvement strategies and plans
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of WA Government public affairs processes
  • Experience in copy write, digital & website content management, advertising, and event coordination
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • As a Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager onour project, you will be responsible for but not limitedto:

  • Provide a proactive community engagement relationship to satisfy the requirements of the project
  • Participate in all relevant corporate and community events and provide strategic advice/input
  • Liaise with Councils, Community and Businesses regarding amenity and sponsorship opportunities
  • Deliver project requirements in a timely manner
  • Respond to public enquiries, complaints and maintain consultation data base
  • Prepare, implement, and provide administration support in relation to community group meetings, online community engagement activities, and documentation of community and stakeholder issues
  • Ensure community requirements are brought forward and integrated in to design and construction phases
  • Provide monthly progress updates for inclusion in project reporting
  • Coordinate and supervise site visits, photographic and video recordings
  • Act as the point of contact and maintain positive relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders
  • Perform any additional tasks as directed within skill, qualification, and competency level
