Management Assistant – Personal Injury | Darwin NT

As a Management Assistant in our Personal Injury team, you will provide office management and administrative support to the Territory Manager of our TIO Northern Territory Motor Accident Compensation business. You will bring a passion for best practice and your outstanding people skills to deliver & enable optimal operations across the function.
You’ll be responsible for:
Comprehensive administrative support to the Territory Manager and to the team Coordinate and maintain relationships and communication with internal and external customers to ensure administrative operations are conducted within set timeframes and service levels ensuring smooth running of the office. Process mail and email correspondence and monitor phone enquiries, prioritising and following up to ensure requests are actioned, escalated, or completed accordingly Coordinate and maintain staff relocations and appropriate paperwork completed for desks, computers, and phones. Assist with meeting logistics including correspondence, agendas and distributing minutes and action item Assist with the organisation of team events business engagements, functions, and travel arrangements according to Allianz Preferred Supplier Agreements. Collate and reconcile evidence to support expense claims in accordance with Allianz processes. Produce correspondence, communications, presentations, confidential documents, spreadsheets and reports as required. Administer and maintain databases, document control and filing systems in accordance with Allianz policies and procedures. Maintain office supplies for the Business Unit in accordance with Allianz provider agreement. Important to your success:
3+ years’ experience Personal Assistant or Team Assistant Proven experience in detailed minute taking Knowledge within Personal Injury legislation is advantageous Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications Immaculate communication skills Ability to quickly build relationships across multiple divisions Professional, organised and able to work in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail Motivated, energetic with a can do attitude What’s on Offer?
