This opportunity

The Senior Brand Manager is accountable for the strategic development of core Brand Pillars – this entails developing long term brand strategy and end to end annual planning and execution to key segment groups to drive Brand Awareness, consideration and connections amongst target customers.

The role will work closely with the broader Marketing team and cross functionally as part of the broader Commercial Team (Product, CLM, Sales, Digital) to deliver to brand and business metrics. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop the full year business plan and acquisition strategy across digital, retail, care and product category to deliver to our population and profit targets
  • Thrive an intimate knowledge of the customer, identify and solve customer tensions and craft a strategy to acquire, maintain and defend different audience segments
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholder to develop winning propositions. This will include product, process, customer service proof points to uphold the brand promise
  • Champion across the organisation and own the development of the strategic framework- ‘Why Vodafone, ’ ‘Why Buy’ and ‘Why Now’
  • Optimise Production budget spends
  • Delivery of all key marketing initiatives into market as per pre-agreed timelines
  • Knowledge and experience

  • +5 years experience in brand management
  • A demonstrated track record of developing effective campaigns that build brand and deliver commercial results 
  • Proven Leader in acquisition and digital having previously delivered sales and managed a high performance team and results
  • Expert user across analytical tools for measurement and optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Concern for quality and pride in all work produced; methodical with a strong attention for detail
  • Stakeholder management within the business and agency
  • Ability to deliver continuous improvement keeping an eye out for new opportunities
