Campaign Delivery Coordinator

It’s our commitment to creating moments that move people that makes us memorable. ​ We are currently looking for someone who loves multi-tasking where attention to detail is their super strength, to join the Brisbane Campaign Delivery team in the role of Campaign Delivery Coordinator.

The purpose of the role is to support and work collaboratively with clients, the Campaign Delivery Manager, Campaign Delivery team and internal stakeholders, to flawlessly implement and execute client integrated campaigns in order to deliver revenue targets, develop long term client partnerships and drive ratings.
Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Campaign Delivery Manager and the Campaign Delivery team with the implementation of successful campaigns that are on brand, on time and on budget.
  • Implementation of low-level commercial integrated and content-led campaigns.
  • Developing strong and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers to support exceptional campaign delivery.
  • Producing post sales documentation and timelines detailing the campaign deliverables and assets required and share with Campaign Delivery lead and/or clients/agencies.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates to clients/agencies and all internal key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to initial briefing/brainstorm to provide feedback and learnings from past campaigns around effective processes, services and ideas.
  • The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar environment – radio, TV, audio or media promotions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications or similar
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in Salesforce desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously
