About the role:

We currently have an excitingopportunity for a full time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenanceteam. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this roleis focused on effectively supervising the Maintenance team, made up ofqualified trade Fitters and Electricians, and ensuring all departments areprovided with reliable, safe, appropriate, and protected equipment andenvironment.

Coordination and scheduling of all maintenance activities safelyand efficiently whilst ensuring minimal impact of equipment maintenance anddown time.

Ensuring all equipment and practices comply with the qualitystandards and HACCP procedures.

Model and manage compliance with the Company WHSPolicy whilst effectively contributing to the Farm’s operational objectives.

About you:

Relevant Trade Qualification essential.

Maintenance supervisory experience,preferably in a horticulture environment or food industry.

Strong understanding of WHS standards.

Good communication skills.

Highly organised.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
