$80k salary + super

Primarily Monday to Friday, occasional evenings/weekends for formal functions

The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Head Chef to join our team at the St Peter’s College in St Peters.

About the Role

Lead your team to prepare meals for day-to-day service, as well as functions and events

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area

Adhere to our high standards of food safety

Monitor stock and minimize wastage

Offer guidance and support to the wider kitchen team where needed

About You

Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery is essential

Strong understanding of Food Safety and HACCP knowledge

Experienced in managing a kitchen team to success

Effective at motivating and developing your team

Attention to detail and great time management
