The Role

As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, this pivotal,fast-paced role is responsible for providing support in thedelivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations. Thisposition can be offered at a full-time or part-timecapacity. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective diary, mail and email management including liaising with senior managers and other stakeholders across the business unit and Group
  • Coordination of meetings, agendas and minutes and preparation of presentations
  • Update and monitor department reports, coordinate data inputs from senior leaders, conduct research and provide insights to the General Manager
  • Monitor progress of key strategic plans to ensure timely delivery of actions and milestones
  • Drive policies, procedures and training and provide feedback to General Manager and other senior leaders
  • Develop draft documentation of processes and key initiatives for General Manager and other senior leaders
  • Manage employee induction, onboarding and ongoing professional development milestones for General Manager direct reports
  • Manage Home Collective social club including organising and coordinating all staff events

    To be considered for this role, you will have proven experienceworking in a similar role. You’re a self starter that iscapable, confident and able to take initiative, with demonstratedability in the following skills and attributes:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and experience in a corporate environment
  • Highly developed computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with a wide group of stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Personable and approachable, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualification in Business Administration or a relevant business or human resources discipline is desirable
