  • Salary ranges from $89,707 to $98,982 plus employers’ contribution to super and leave loading.

  • About You/ Role
    We are currently in the process of creating a recruitment pool for multiple motivated Complaints Resolution Support Officers to join a brand-new team that provides a dispute resolution body for complaints and delivers high-quality experiences that put our students’ and parents’ diverse needs at the centre of decision-making.

    In this role, you will provide a wide range of administrative and secretariat services to support the Feedback and Complaints Resolution team.

    It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you will:

  • Provide high quality administrative services
  • Receive complaints cases through digital channels and directed them to the appropriate officers for resolution
  • Collect data to support the preparation of reports
  • Coordinate the facilitation of working groups
  • Effective communication with parents, Directors, Educational Leadership, principals, subject matter experts and other stakeholders
  • Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
  • Forward-thinking and highly proactive approach to supporting managers and the wider team.
  • Attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Essential requirements

  • Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check)
