JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an entry level position with an opportunity to be part of something bigger.

As a Kitchen Hand in our Stewarding team, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy with great opportunity to learn and expand.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

To be an organised and methodical team player with a positive attitude

Understanding of food, food safety and hygiene with an appetite to learn

Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when required

What you will be doing:

Assisting with basic food preparation duties with opportunities to learn

Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces

Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction

Responsible operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
