The  Role:

A great opportunity to take the next step in your career, this role will give you great experience supporting the Health, Safety & Quality areas of Worley as well as general administrative support to the Brisbane, Mackay & Gladstone offices.  The role has the flexibility to be hybrid working a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities will include:  

  • Prepare assignment and client documents, including correspondence, proposals, reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, applying the Worley / Advisian style guide and ensuring branding is appropriately applied to all documents
  • Attendance at team meetings, note taking and managing actions in task planner 
  • Coordinate and implement office Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS) initiatives and promotional activities (ANZ)
  • Assist with obtaining communicating HSSQ statistical data and reporting
  • Maintain digital tools including ChemAlert, JESI journey management and remote worker system + other tools as developed
  • Disseminate HSS information throughout the workplace including electronically and via posters, newsletters etc.
  • Assist reception with maintaining office kitchen and meeting rooms every day, new starter induction process and provide reception relief
  • General administrative support including Corporate credit card expense reconciliations and arranging domestic and international travel

About You:
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Have an interest in HSE & Quality
  • Proven experience in delivering consistently high-quality work in a timely and accurate manner
  • High level of computer proficiency in preparation of documents, presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with minute taking 
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • An enthusiastic team player, with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of sensitive or confidential information
