Marketing Coordinator

 

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities

Support the CRM & Loyalty Lead, as well as be accountable for the implementation of loyalty campaign strategies and programs.

The Opportunity

 

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Lead, the Marketing Coordinator role will see you assisting in the creation of and be responsible for the implementation of the 1-3-year marketing strategy and plan.

 

Key Responsibilities include:  

 

  • The creation and execution of CRM and loyalty campaigns, ensuring that they tie back into the overall Marketing objectives.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations whilst working with key stakeholders – merchandise, design studio, brand marketing teams and loyalty suppliers
  • Supporting the CRM & Loyalty Lead with collating and compiling reporting for presentations for internal stakeholders and supplier partners along with recommendations on an ongoing basis.
  • Executing the comms plans to support acquisition and retention strategies to drive repeat visitation and purchase and activations on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining budget tracker and complete the monthly recoveries for CRM and loyalty

 

We are looking for:

 

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of data/insights tools
  • Sound experience with driving insights and data led B2C CRM/marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, negotiation and networking skills with an ability to think creatively and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Experience in identifying relevant target audiences and driving commercial outcomes without always relying on promotional offers or compromising on brand experience.
  • You are comfortable and skilled in using CRM platforms, building engaging email content and relevant and targeted email campaigns.
