Are you looking for hands-on experience in the Marketing team and exciting IT space?

We have an incredible opportunity for two Marketing Campaign Coordinators to join the Spirit Group.

The roles are short-term (3 months commencing in April) to help deliver some meaty projects in the Spirit and Intalock portfolios with opportunity for more long-term placement.

You will sit within the Marketing team (reporting to the Spirit & Intalock Marketing Managers) and offer support in delivering end-to-end campaigns, and sales operations and support the Spirit Group.

What you’ll be doing:

You have the opportunity to work closely with industry-leading vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Splunk, Sophos and more. You will be proactive in managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external. This position exposes you to numerous teams across the business, allowing you to build credibility and establish your mark in the business.

• Support coordinating marketing campaigns, email marketing, digital marketing, and events, including trade shows and webinars, to promote our brand and solutions/products.

• Work closely with our Content Specialist to create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms to promote our technology and cyber security solutions.

• Provide assistance when conducting market research to identify industry trends and consumer behaviour, and to inform our marketing strategy.

• Responsible for supporting day-to-date activity in implementing, executing, tracking and post-campaign reporting across all multi-channel campaigns.

• End-to-end lead management working closely with the sales team to ensure all leads generated are followed up, and track success rate for reporting.

• Management of asset delivery and timelines for campaign activities and working closely with vendors, external agencies, and the internal design team to support asset production and coordinate material for go-to-market campaigns.

To be successful in this team, you will have:

Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Other Relevant or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated work experience in campaign management in media or digital agency

• 1+ years of marketing experience in a similar role would be ideal but not a must

• You know your way around Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel etc). Experience with WordPress, Figma, Google analytics, and social media scheduling tools would be ideal.

• You know your skill and have rolled out strong marketing strategies, delivered, and measured the ROI for each campaign.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Interest in technology and cyber security.

We have a fantastic team and office in both Melbourne and Brisbane. Seeking candidates who can commute to either of our capital city office locations.
