Regional Retail Manager

The Company

The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and achievement of retail sales targets across your region through the coaching and development of your Retail Managers and their teams. You will also ensure positive communication of the company’s brand values internally and externally through strong relationships with retail partners and the overall team. Essentially you will take ownership of the success and development of your Managers and their teams.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience in multi-site management ideally across the luxury retail industry. You will have a drive to achieve sales targets, high attention to detail with great prioritisation skills.
