What are we looking for?

• Experience and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, in a hospitality or retail environment
• A willingness to learn about and sell produce requiring specialist knowledge
• Warm and authentic communication skills
• Generosity of spirit – honest, kind, giving and positive
• Inquisitive, imaginative and curious
• Experience as a Barista is desirable
