Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Complaints Investigator to join our Government client.

It is through to the end of August with possible extensions and offers hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complaint investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes and procedures.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal and regulatory bodies, as required.
• Identify and review departmental policies relevant to the complaints (with support from the team manager)

About You:

• Experience working in customer service across complaints investigation / legal / dispute resolution.
• Written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and recommendations.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in the government sector – highly regarded

Victorian Government policies require all candidate to have two doses of COVID vaccine plus the booster as per ATAGI guidelines.
