    Your new opportunity

    We’re looking for a highly motivated event management professional to join our team. If you’re passionate about leading events from start to finish, and you have a demonstrated track record of connecting communities through partnerships that have impact, this may be the role for you. In addition, you will:

  • Provide the seamless delivery of events including booking agreed venues, liaising with suppliers, speakers, entertainment, and helping with the distribution of invites and promotional material
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the partnership process from enquiry, application through to contract and promotion
  • Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and internal/external customers by identifying, responding to and satisfying their needs.
  • Play a key role in supporting the generation of digital content that enables widespread promotion of events and community partnerships across RAA’s digital platforms, including social media, online news website and staff e-newsletter.
  • About you

    You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  • Previous experience delivering large-scale corporate events
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time
  • Eye for detail and ability to take initiative
  • Understanding of public relations, marketing and social media
